Terms of Service (Full Version)
Effective Date: March 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using RedRoll, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for managing and backing up your photo library. The App provides tools that may assist in organizing or deleting photos. You are fully responsible for confirming deletion actions.
4. AI-Generated Reflections
Reflections and insights generated within the App are for mindfulness purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice.
5. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emerald City Studios LLC shall not be liable for:
- Loss of photos
- Accidental deletions
- Emotional impact from generated content
- Indirect or consequential damages
Liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the App.
7. Future Features
If subscriptions or user accounts are introduced in the future, additional terms may apply.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
